Returns Policy
- Return Authorization Number (RAN)
A "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) will need to be written on the return package for the return to be processed. We will issue the RAN per return request.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 business days of purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Normally 3-5 business days after return is processed). If original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued to your Eagle Armorment account. Products must be in there original packaging and show no signs of wear or alteration. A return fee of 25% of the original purchase price may be deducted from the refund if returns show signs of wear, alteration, or damage. Return shipping will need to be paid by customer for returns.
- Exchanges
Please use this easy return/exchange form to start the exchange process. Any eligible exchange request will generate a prepaid return label that will be sent to your email. After the return is received and processed, a credit of the original purchase price will be added to your account. You will then be able to select the correct product you would like.
- Damaged Products
Products that arrived damaged as a result of shipping neglect. Please inform Eagle Armorment as soon as possible so we can work to getting you a product replacement. If the product is damaged/faulty from manufacture error, we can assist you if requested to get a repair or replacement from the manufacture.

New Firearm Exchange
The exchange of New firearms must be in the original packaging and has not been fired. If an exchange is requested for a different firearm, a new background check will be required. Depending on your state and local laws you may be required to ship your returned firearm back to Eagle Armorment through an FFL dealer. Once the firearm is returned and processed a credit will be applied to your account and you will then be able to login to your account and make your next selection. Note: Eagle Armorment will allow for (1) FREE postage paid exchange of new firearms.

Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES/SHIPPING
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory for repair (Refer to manufacture for warranty details). Accessories that have been installed on the firearms from the manufacturer may or may not fall under the manufacturer warranty. If accessories were added to a package by Eagle Armorment, please contact us to get any issue resolved (Note: Eagle Armorment packages will be identified by an "EA" at the beginning of the product sku). Shipping
When you place an order, shipping details with track and delivery dates will be updated once your order has shipped. You can easily track your order anytime by going to the "Track Your Order" page at the bottom of the screen
Please also note that the shipping rates are subject to change at anytime. Order minimums may change at anytime that qualify for FREE Shipping and cannot be guaranteed. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours after order is placed (Excluding weekends and national holidays). Please allow for additional processing times when ordering around major holidays, as we work diligently with our shippers to ensure the most expedite way to have your order(s) on time.
Note: Shipping non-firearm orders to separate addresses will no longer be an option. This will help reduce shipping errors and better expedite service for our customers. In the event a billing and shipping address are different, customers orders will default to the billing address for the shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
Shipping of long guns, ammunition, and black powder is restricted to ground shipping only.
