Lifetime Gun Warranty Terms and Conditions
Eagle Armorment warrants to you that if any eligible* gun sold by Eagle Armorment ever becomes defective; Eagle Armorment will repair or replace the gun at no charge, subject to the following conditions:
The customer has contacted the manufacturers/importers Warranty Department (if available) and have used the Manufacturers Services. (Please retain communication from the Manufacturer and provide to Eagle Armorment if requested.)
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
• If the firearm cannot be repaired, and no replacement is available, we will offer you a similar item (to be solely determined by Eagle Armorment) at no charge.
• This warranty applies to new guns only. (See exceptions “*”, below)
• Internet Order Customers: Lifetime Gun Warranty applies only to firearms and does not apply to stun guns and other electronic devices.
• Customer must pay any costs associated with sending the firearm to Eagle Armorment for repair or replacement. Insured shipping is recommended.
• If a firearm is repaired, the firearm may be returned directly to the customer if it was sent from the customer’s address. If a firearm is replaced, the customer must take delivery from a licensed FFL dealer. The customer may have additional charges, such as transfer fees and background check fees, if the gun must be replaced and resent to a dealer. Eagle Armorment is not responsible for these additional fees.
• Eagle Armorment will pay for the insured freight back to the customer or the customer’s dealer if the firearm is defective. If the firearm is not defective, the customer is liable for return freight to his/her residence or his/her dealer.
• Our warranty provides coverage for firearms as initially sold by Eagle Armorment. Please note that this warranty does not extend to firearms that have been modified or rebuilt after their original purchase, nor to firearms used for purposes other than their legal intended use. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to scopes or accessories that were originally attached to the firearm at the time of purchase.
• Please note that accuracy is not covered under this warranty, unless a separate manufacturer's warranty explicitly guarantees it.
• Our warranty provides comprehensive coverage for your firearm, safeguarding it against any manufacturer's defects. However, it's essential to note that this warranty does not extend to the replacement or refinishing of components that may naturally wear over the firearm's lifespan. We are committed to ensuring the quality and durability of your firearm, and this warranty underscores our dedication to your satisfaction.
• In cases where the warranty does not apply, we are committed to providing you with a competitive repair estimate for your consideration before initiating any repair work.
EAGLE ARMORMENT’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS (TO BE DETERMINED AT OUR DISCRETION). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
*Exceptions to this warranty includes the following: Used Firearms, Surplus & Military Firearms (whether new or used), Machine guns, and firearms employed for commercial, rental, or demonstration purposes, among others. Additionally, any work or repairs performed by individuals other than Eagle Armorment or the Factory will render this warranty null and void. It's important to note that this warranty exclusively pertains to new firearms sold on or after September 1st, 2023. In cases where exceptions to this warranty are being considered, Eagle Armorment retains the authority to make the final determination.
