STORE POLICIES

  • PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

    It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

  • Gift Cards/Certificates & Refunds- If an item was purchased using a gift card/certificate and is needed to be returned for a refund, a store credit will be issued as a refund.

  • SECURE TRANSMISSION

    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure. Eagle Armorment is required to have mandatory (done quarterly) PCI compliance audits to ensure safe and reliable transactions for customers.

  • ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

    Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

  • AMMUNITION PURCHASES

    You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

  •   Price Matching

 We are committed to saving our customers money by having the lowest prices in the market. However, if a customer finds a lower price on an identical stock item from any local competitor, we will do our best to delivery our customers the best possible price.

Eagle Armorment will match verifiable, online prices, and must be identical. (“verifiable” is defined as pricing that is able to be verified by Eagle Armorment Customer Service as current, valid, identical product/model numbers and in stock). 

Eagle Armorment will not price match any products sold through third party websites (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc.), competitor sales and promotional items.  

  • Phone Orders

Orders that are taken over the phone will need to be on a pre-order basis (Deposit for pre-orders will vary per item). We will not be offering pay on delivery/ pick-up as of June 1, 2023. Cash delivered prior to order being placed, money orders mailed to Eagle Armorment, and credit card over the phone are all acceptable form of payment for phone orders. Please have your part number and/or UPC number when place a phone order.

  • Online Order Pick-up 

Orders that were placed online with the pick-up option in place of shipping will have a email sent when the order is ready for pick-up. After the order is ready for pick-up, please plan to pick your order up within 5 business days or order maybe subject to a return and 25% re-stocking fee deducted from refund amount. 

  • Pre-Order/Backorder Products

Pre-Orders/Backordered products with an estimated delivery date is the farthest date Eagle Armorment expects the product to become available with our suppliers/warehouses. By preordering products will allow for securing a popular product when it becomes available. In the event that a manufacturer is running a product rebate/promotion, and the product is not available, but is available for pre-order, you can still qualify for the rebate/promotion if purchased within the manufacturer's specified dates. All pre-orders are considered final. In the event a product would become discontinued, an option of store credit (within 2 Business Days) or refund back to original payment method can be issued (within 7 business days). You will be updated by email with information as your order status changes.

  • Layaway

 

 Eagle Armorment Layaway plans can be started with select credit or debit cards and include 6 payments.
• Pay a minimum of 10% of the total cost today to reserve your items and lock in the price.
• The remaining 5 payments are automatically charged every 1-4 weeks automatically from the purchase date, for a term 1-12 weeks. Flexibility can be selected at the time of checkout.

• Taxes and shipping fees (if any) will be divided across all payments. You can manage your Layaway plan through the layaway customer portal.

 

 

Canceled or Missed Payments: 

If payment fails, Eagle Armorment will notify you via email and alert you about an unsuccessful payment attempt. If payment is not received after 3 attempts, we will automatically cancel the Layaway plan for that item and refund amounts to the payment method used to make previous payments. If the previous method of payment is not available, refunds will be issued as a store refund (excluding setup fee). We do not charge any fees for overdue or canceled Layaway plans.

Note: Orders will ship once all payments are satisfied. If any product in the order happens to be out of stock when all payments are satisfied, layaway orders will be on first priority for customer order fulfillments when product becomes available. The option to satisfy all payments early with NO Plenty is optional at any time by going to the layaway customer portal. The price at which you reserved the item is locked in for the duration of your Layaway plan.
