Organization Account Terms and Conditions
1. Managing member must be at least 21 years of age or older.

2. You promise NOT to use the account to conduct any activity that does not benefit the organization directly (acceptable benefits: organization fundraisers, team gear, supplies for events, etc.).

3. Ordering firearms in bulk for your organization will require then to be processed by a individual or business that holds a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). If you are in Ohio, Eagle Armorment can process them at no charge. If they will need to be shipped, please make arrangments with a local FFL that will be able to assist in processing bulk shippments of firearms.

4. Non-profit organizations can get there orders as a tax exempt status with proper documentation and agree that products ordered Will Not Be for Resale.

5. Bulk order pricing may vary based on delivery restrictions and/or organization size. (Example of delivery restrictions: A pallet of ammo and clay birds are shipped frieght. Drop gate/power lift gate service may be required as a additional charge if a fork lift or other equipment is not available to unload.)

6. Organization members who wish to make discounted purchases on their own can do so by joining Eagle Armorments Annual VIP Membership at a reduced rate. Each organization will be given a designated link after there form approved, to be supply to its members for the reduced Annual VIP Membership rate benefit.

7. Managing members will be supplied with account login credentials apon approval via email.
