Welcome to Eagle Perks, the loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers for their engagement and purchases with Eagle Armorment. By participating in Eagle Perks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Earning Points
Customers can earn Eagle Perks points through multiple actions, including but not limited to: following Eagle Armorment on social media, joining our email list, and making purchases.
Points from purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
Bonus points:
Frequent shoppers receive a 10% bonus points reward on their fifth order after completing four previous orders.
Bonus points may be awarded on your birthday.
Random bonus points may be awarded on select product categories.
Card payment bonus: Earn 100 points on purchases paid by card.
2. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed at a rate of 30 points = $1 toward purchases.
The maximum points that can be used per transaction is 5% of the cart total before taxes and shipping.
A minimum of 400 points is required to redeem rewards on products.
Points cannot be used on sale items.
Points used for a purchase that is later refunded will be credited back to your account.
Points earned from a purchase that is refunded will be deducted from your balance.
3. Coupon Redemption
Points can also be redeemed to generate coupons at a rate of 500 points = coupon.
Coupons can be shared with non-members of Eagle Perks.
Each coupon is one-time use and expires 60 days from issuance.
Coupons require a minimum purchase of $100 to be applied.
Points for coupon redemption are calculated at $1 = 100 points.
Maximum coupon redemption per transaction is 5% of the order total.
4. Points Expiration
Points expire 1 year from the date they are earned to help maintain a sustainable and beneficial rewards program.
5. Program Changes
Eagle Armorment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Eagle Perks program at any time, including point accrual, redemption rates, and eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
6. General Terms
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value except as applied toward purchases in accordance with the terms above.
Eagle Armorment reserves the right to adjust points balances in cases of fraud, error, or program misuse.
Participation in Eagle Perks constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
