Returns Policy

Return Authorization Number (RAN)

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returns. This number must be clearly written on the return package for processing. A RAN will be issued upon request.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 business days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the return is processed. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be applied to your Eagle Armorment account.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be in their original packaging

• Show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage

A 25% restocking fee may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage. After your return is issued an Return Authorization Number (RAN) you will receive a postage paid label via email. Please package product(s) needing returned and attach label. 

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please use our Return/Exchange Form. Upon approval, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email. Once we receive and process the return, a credit for the original purchase price will be applied to your account, allowing you to select a replacement product.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify Eagle Armorment immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

For manufacturer defects, we can assist in facilitating a repair or replacement through the manufacturer upon request.

New Firearm Exchanges

Firearms eligible for exchange must:

• Be unfired and in their original packaging

• Be shipped back through an FFL dealer, if required by state or local laws

If you wish to exchange for a different firearm, a new background check will be required. Once the firearm is returned and processed, a credit will be applied to your account. You may then log in and select a replacement firearm.

Note: Eagle Armorment provides one (1) FREE postage-paid exchange for new firearms.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Consumable products (e.g., scents, scent eliminators, ammunition, powder, primers, bait, cleaners, targets)

• Lower receivers

• NFA items (e.g., silencers, short-barreled rifles)

• Electronic sights and optics

• Undergarments (e.g., head and face coverings)

• Bows & crossbows

• Arrows & bolts

• Hearing and eye protection

• Modified or altered products (except for work completed by Eagle Armorment)

• Used firearms (all sales are final)

Firearm Sales & Shipping

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Certain items may be prohibited or restricted in specific areas—please check your local regulations before placing an order.

All new firearms are shipped in the manufacturer’s original box with included accessories and applicable warranties. If a firearm requires warranty service, it must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Any accessories added by Eagle Armorment will be identified by an “EA” prefix in the product SKU. Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Tracking

Once an order is placed, tracking and delivery details will be updated when the order ships. You can track your order anytime via the “Track Your Order” page.

• Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays).

• Processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates & Restrictions

• Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

• Order minimums for FREE shipping may also change without notice.

• Non-firearm orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses—to prevent errors, all items in a single order will be shipped to the billing address.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Long guns, ammunition, and black powder must be shipped via ground shipping only.
