Shipping and Returns Policy

At Eagle Armorment, our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and efficient shipping and returns process. The policies below are structured to ensure customer satisfaction while accounting for the regulatory, logistical, and financial considerations unique to firearms and related equipment.


Return Authorization Requirement (RAN)

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to shipment.

  • RANs must be requested through customer support.

  • The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

  • Returns received without a RAN may be refused or delayed.


Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 business days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unaltered, and in factory-new condition

  • Be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Show no signs of wear, installation, or damage

Items failing inspection may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, or may be deemed ineligible for return.


Refund Options (Non-Warranty Returns)

To provide flexibility while minimizing unnecessary fees, customers may choose one of the following:

Option 1: Store Credit (Recommended)

  • 100% of the purchase price

  • No restocking fees

  • Issued immediately after inspection

  • May be used for firearms, ammunition, accessories, or future purchases

Option 2: Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after return processing

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to cover:

    • Non-refundable payment processing fees

    • Administrative handling and compliance documentation

    • Loss of resale value once an item leaves inventory

If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Exchanges:
    Eagle Armorment provides free return shipping on all approved exchanges, including one (1) free firearm exchange where legally permitted.

  • Returns (Non-Warranty):
    Customers are responsible for return shipping.

    • You may ship using your preferred carrier with tracking (adding insurance is recommended), or

    • Request a prepaid return label from Eagle Armorment; the label cost will be deducted from the refund total

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements

  • Once received and inspected, store credit for the original purchase price will be issued

  • Customers may then place a replacement order at their convenience

  • No restocking fees apply to exchanges


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify Eagle Armorment immediately upon delivery

  • Do not use or modify the item

  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you

Shipping damage claims must be reported promptly to ensure carrier eligibility.


Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims

For items experiencing manufacturer defects:

  • Eagle Armorment can assist with warranty coordination upon request

  • In many cases, warranty service must be completed directly through the manufacturer

  • Warranty claims are not subject to restocking fees

Outerwear & Apparel Returns

Outerwear and clothing items that do not fit properly may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in resale-ready condition

  • Tags must be intact where applicable

Apparel Refund Options

  • Free return for store credit (no fees)

  • Refund to original payment method subject to a 15% restocking fee

Any clothing showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage will not be accepted.


Firearm Exchanges & Returns

Firearms eligible for exchange must:

  • Be unfired and unmodified

  • Be returned in original factory packaging

  • Be transferred through an FFL dealer when required by law

If exchanging for another firearm:

  • A new background check is required

  • Credit is issued after the firearm is returned and logged

  • One (1) free prepaid exchange label is provided for new firearms

Used or fired firearms are non-returnable.


Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ammunition, powder, primers, and consumables

  • Lower receivers

  • NFA items (including suppressors and SBRs)

  • Optics and electronic sights

  • Hearing and eye protection

  • Undergarments and face coverings

  • Bows, crossbows, arrows, and bolts

  • Modified or custom products (excluding work performed by Eagle Armorment)

  • Used firearms


Firearm Sales & Legal Compliance

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted items are sold in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying local legality before purchase

  • Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled may be subject to cancellation fees

  • Firearms ship in the manufacturer’s original packaging with included warranties


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Most orders ship within 24–48 business hours

  • Excludes weekends and federal holidays

  • Processing times may increase during peak seasons

Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided once the order ships

  • Orders may be tracked via the “Track Your Order” page

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are subject to change

  • Orders ship to a single address only

  • No P.O. Boxes

  • Long guns, ammunition, and black powder ship via ground service only


Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Notice

To protect all customers and ensure fair pricing:

  • All return activity is documented with inspection records and carrier tracking

  • Excessive returns or disputed transactions may result in account restrictions

  • Customers are encouraged to contact Eagle Armorment support prior to filing disputes so we can resolve concerns promptly

Elite Package Protection Policy

At Eagle Armorment, we understand that firearms, high-end optics, and bulk ammunition are significant investments. Our Elite Package Protection is a 2.5% service fee that allows us to bypass the carrier and handle your claims directly through our internal self-insurance fund.

The Purpose of the Fee

  • Direct Merchant Coverage: We take responsibility for loss or damage, removing the need for you to fight with carriers.
  • Secure Handling: This fee covers Adult Signature Required services for firearms and high-value optics.
  • Priority Processing: Verified claims are moved to the front of our shipping queue.

Coverage Details

By selecting Elite Package Protection at checkout, your order is covered for:

  • Verified Loss: Packages confirmed as lost by the carrier after a formal trace.
  • Transit Damage: Items that arrive broken or breached due to carrier handling.
  • Theft (Porch Piracy): Packages marked as "Delivered" but not received (subject to verification).

The Claims & Validation Process

To protect the integrity of our program, all claims must be verified. Replacement orders are not processed until the claim has been validated by our team.

  1. Filing a Claim: Contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date.
  2. Required Documentation:
    • For Damage: Photos of the shipping label, external box, and product.
    • For Theft: For firearms or optics, a local police report number is required.
    • For Loss: A 3-business-day waiting period is required after a "Delivered" scan to account for carrier errors.
  3. Validation: Our team will review and validate the claim within 2–3 business days.
  4. Resolution: Once validated, an expedited replacement or full refund will be issued.

Note: This protection does not cover incorrect shipping addresses or items seized due to local law restrictions.
