Purchasing Firearms Online
Federal law prohibits the shipment of firearms to individuals who do not possess an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Therefore, firearms purchased online must either be picked up in-store or shipped to a licensed FFL dealer near you. During checkout, you will select an FFL, and we may contact and verify the licensee before shipment. Buyers are encouraged to contact their chosen FFL dealer before making a purchase.
Gift Cards/Certificates & Refunds
If an item purchased with a gift card or certificate is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Cash Discounts
A discount is available for purchases made with cash or alternative payment methods other than a credit/debit card. A 4% processing fee applies to transactions made with a credit or debit card.
Secure Transactions
All customer information collected during checkout is protected by industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. This ensures that all data exchanged between our website and your browser remains private and secure. Eagle Armorment undergoes mandatory quarterly PCI compliance audits to maintain a safe and reliable transaction process for our customers.
Online Pricing, Descriptions, and Image Errors
We strive to maintain accurate pricing, descriptions, and images on our website; however, errors may occasionally occur. We do not guarantee that all product details are error-free. Eagle Armorment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in descriptions, pricing, or images. If an order is canceled, the customer’s credit card will not be charged.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition.
You must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
All ammunition shipments require ground shipping with an adult signature upon delivery.
Always verify that you are purchasing the correct ammunition for your firearm.
Check your local laws for any additional ammunition regulations before purchasing.
Price Matching
Eagle Armorment is committed to offering the lowest prices possible. If you find an identical in-stock item at a lower price from a local competitor, we will make every effort to match it.
Price matches must be verifiable, current, and identical in model and specifications.
Price matches apply only to authorized online retailers and will be verified by Eagle Armorment Customer Service.
Exclusions: We do not price match third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), competitor sales, or promotional items.
Phone Orders
Orders placed over the phone are on a pre-order basis and require a deposit. The deposit amount varies by item. As of June 1, 2023, we no longer offer payment on delivery or in-store pickup payment. Accepted payment methods for phone orders include:
Prepaid cash
Money orders mailed to Eagle Armorment
Credit card payments over the phone
Please have the part number and/or UPC available when placing a phone order.
Online Order Pick-Up
For online orders designated for in-store pickup, an email notification will be sent when the order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within five (5) business days of notification.
Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled and subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-ordered or backordered products typically become available within 6-8 weeks, though availability may be sooner. We work with multiple suppliers to expedite fulfillment.
Pre-ordering secures your item at the time of purchase.
If a manufacturer offers a rebate or promotion during the pre-order period, you remain eligible if your purchase falls within the rebate/promotion dates.
All pre-orders are final.
If a pre-ordered item becomes discontinued, you may choose between store credit (processed within 2 business days) or a full refund (processed within 7 business days).
Order status updates will be sent via email.
Layaway Program
Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are distributed across all layaway payments.
Layaway plans can be managed through the Layaway Customer Portal.
Canceled or Missed Payments
If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.
After three (3) failed payment attempts, the layaway plan will be canceled, and any amounts previously paid will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding the setup fee).
If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit refund will be issued.
No fees apply for canceled or overdue layaway plans.
Layaway Fulfillment
Orders will be shipped only after all payments have been successfully completed.
If an item is out of stock when all payments are completed, layaway orders receive priority fulfillment when inventory becomes available.
Customers may pay off layaway balances early without penalty via the Layaway Customer Portal.
The original price at the time of reservation is locked in for the duration of the layaway plan.

VIP Membership Program
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time.
Cancellations will take effect at the next renewal date.
Auto-renewal must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid a renewal charge.
Members will receive a renewal notification 7 days before the due date.
To disable auto-renewal, please notify us so we can update your membership settings.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
