Orders

How do I check/track my order status?

You can track your order anytime by going to the bottom of the page to track my order or my clicking here.

After you have added your product choices to the cart, just simply view your cart and then click the checkout button to proceed. Our system is easy and will walk you through the process.

Orders normally process within the next business day (sometimes 1-2 business days). On some occasions and during the holiday season it may take a little bit longer. Please note: Check payments may cause your order to process slower due to it being a more traditional payment method.

If you don’t see your preferred FFL dealer on our list, contact us and we can help you finalize your order and verify that dealer has the proper licensing. Our list of FFL dealers are a direct list that is kept updated when the ATF adds or removes licensed dealers.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Firearms are generally 2-4 business days and all other products are 3-5 business days. Most orders we have seen get shipped as early as next business day. Note: Shipping times may see delays due to weather, holidays, and weekends.

How does the lifetime firearm warranty work?

If you purchase a new firearm from Eagle Armorment it comes with a manufactures warranty that may only be good for a short time or be void if any performance upgrades or customizations are done to it by Eagle Armorment. This is our way of ensuring you can have what you want without the risk of falling out of warranty.  

Your rewards points can be redeemed for coupons for money off your order and many other options that occasionally change from time to time. Most of our rewards points users opt to pay for their orders with points they have saved up.

If you are considering trading in a firearm and would like to see what we can offer you for your old firearm, there is no charge. We will do our best to offer the best deal possible! 

If you are purchasing a firearm from another dealer, you will need to indicate during there checkout process that you would like to ship your firearm order to Eagle Armorment. We encourage that you let us know of your order with the sending dealer either by phone or email so we can follow up with the dealer on your order to help ensure a smooth transfer. See our firearm transfer policy for more details.

We charge $30 for the first firearm and if you are having others to be transferred on the same visit, it will be additional $10 for each firearm. (Transfer fees do not apply to firearms purchased from Eagle Armorment and select tier VIP Memberships) Prices may be subject to change. Please check with us prior to transferring your firearm to us.

Why is age or identity verification required?

Certain products are legally restricted. Verification ensures compliance with applicable laws and helps protect both our customers and our business.

Verification is securely handled through AgeChecker.net, a trusted third-party provider specializing in age and identity verification services.

Verification is required only for qualifying purchases. Once successfully completed, returning customers typically will not need to reverify.

Most verifications are completed within minutes.

Orders requiring verification cannot be processed or shipped until the verification step is successfully completed.

Yes. Verification is conducted through a secure platform designed to protect customer information and prevent unauthorized access.

Inventory

Below are some of the common questions that we get in regard to our inventory.

​How accurate is the inventory shown on the website?

​Our website uses a Live Inventory Feed that mirrors our wholesalers’ warehouse shelves in real-time. If an item shows “In Stock,” it is available for order. If it shows “Out of Stock,” our suppliers are currently out of that specific item.

​No need to call! Our digital feed updates faster than we can check manually over the phone. To ensure you get your “hardware” or “supplies” before they sell out, we recommend placing your order directly through the site.

​While our system syncs every few minutes, high-demand items can sometimes sell out at the wholesale level simultaneously across multiple dealers. In these rare “photo-finish” cases, the wholesaler may run out before the feed refreshes. If this happens, we will notify you and refund you immediately.

​Our system stays active 24/7, but please note that wholesale data feeds may pause during major national holidays or scheduled maintenance windows at the warehouse level. During these brief times, the inventory reflects the last known “live” status.

​Since we pull from a live wholesale network, most “range day essentials” and “tools” ship within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your items leave the warehouse.
